Robert Jelinek founded the publication series DER KONTERFEI (SoS Journal) in 2014. It is less a publishing house and more an expanded art production, where the cognitive interest appears as a text in book form and serves as the basic material for the upcoming SoS Academy. DER KONTERFEI is the reduction of an artistic production, its language, questions and content. Jelinek always looked for an appropriate counterpart based on selected topics, which he portrayed in the form of talks, essays and manifestos. After more than 75 publications, Jelinek now reverses roles with the present volume “DRAINAGE - The Ambush Protocols / Hinterhalt Protokolle” and allows himself to be questioned. This results in a broad spectrum of different topics and specialist areas that concern Jelinek and which he has worked on artistically over the past 30 years. The interviews give an insight into Robert Jelinek's personal position on society, ecology, economy and culture. Most of the conversations were recorded between October 2022-May 2023 with spiritual companions from his surroundings as an exchange of thoughts. Feat.
